Group Discount Terms & Conditions

Basingstoke Scout Shop is proud to support local Scout Groups by returning profits back to Scouting and offering a discount on uniform, casual clothing and programme badges. Group discount codes are for use by volunteers and young people of the Group only.

There are some terms and conditions of these discount codes to be aware of when using:

• The discount code is valid on an ongoing basis and has no specific end date unless stated otherwise.
• The discount code entitles the user to 10% off the following items:
  • Full Price Uniform
  • Full Price Casual
  • Basingstoke Group Neckers
  • Programme Badges (leaders only)
• The discount code is valid on full-price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion unless explicitly stated in that offer.
• The discount code can be used online at basingstokescoutshop.org.uk or in-store.
• The discount code must be applied at the point of checkout, we cannot apply the discount later.
• Discount codes are provided at the discretion of Basingstoke Scout Shop and its Management Committee, who reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the discount and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• Discount codes may be retired and reused in the future.
• If we believe a discount code has been used by someone not affiliated with the Group, we reserve the right to remove the discount and/or withdraw the code.
• Codes may be shared within the Group (e.g. with young people and parents/carers), but must not be shared publicly or posted on social media.
• These terms and conditions replace the previous ones and are valid from 5th January 2026.
