Explorer Scout Leadership Activity Badge
This award helps you develop and gain recognition for leadership skills, so you can lead and represent your fellow Explorers. Its a standalone award, which can be done at any time during Explorers. It takes at least six months to work towards this award. There are four parts to it _ each part giving you valuable skills you can benefit from throughout your life.
