Overview
The Employability Skills badge supports Explorers as they prepare for future opportunities. It focuses on building confidence, awareness and practical skills for the workplace. Explorers will develop an understanding of what employers look for, practise interviews and take part in realistic scenarios. They’ll also build communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
