Explorers Instructor Badge

Overview

The Instructor badge gives Explorers the opportunity to share their knowledge and pass their skills on to others. It focuses on leadership, communication and confidence in teaching. Explorers will plan and deliver activities linked to a badge topic, helping others develop their skills. They might support sessions or lead the delivery of a whole badge, creating activities and running programmes. They’ll also reflect on their approach and develop their ability to instruct others.
