Explorers Adventure Challenge Award Badge

Overview

The Adventure Challenge Award is all about exploring the outdoors and pushing boundaries. It gives Explorers the chance to take part in a longer-term project, working together to plan and complete an adventurous challenge that builds confidence, skills and resilience over time. Explorers will choose a challenge linked to adventure and complete it within around six months, using the Experience Principles to shape their journey. This could include developing outdoor skills, completing an expedition, or supporting organisations linked to adventure and safety. Along the way, they’ll plan, take part, reflect and adapt, making sure they stretch themselves and learn from the experience.
