Explorers Leadership Challenge Award Badge

Overview

The Leadership Challenge Award focuses on developing confidence, responsibility and the ability to guide others. Through a longer-term project, Explorers will take ownership of a shared challenge and build the skills needed to lead effectively. Explorers will plan and carry out a leadership-focused project over several months, using the Experience Principles to guide their actions. They’ll take on leadership roles, make decisions, delegate tasks and support others, while recording their progress and reflecting on how their leadership develops throughout.
