Safeguarding Code of Conduct for Young Leaders in Scouts

In Scouts, the safety and welfare of children and young people is our priority. The Orange Card is our safeguarding Code of Conduct for Young Leaders. It gives guidance to Young Leaders to keep themselves and other young people safe.  This includes Do’s and Don’ts, advice on what to do if a Young Leader has concerns about a child or young person, and information about how to report concerns.
