Squirrel Scouts 5th Birthday Uniform Badge - We're celebrating 5 years of Squirrels across the UK with this Occasional Badge. Throw a party, host a sleepover or join up with some other sections in your group, or area to mark the occasion!

This is an Occasional Badge. It may be worn as a uniform badge by Squirrels and volunteers in Squirrels throughout 2026.

The Squirrels 5th birthday badge doesn't have any set requirements, but Scouts' have added some ideas for how to mark Squirrels 5th Birthday with your group to help.

Ideas to earn your badge:
Join in with a birthday party for your drey.
Take part in a sleepover to celebrate.

Squirrels – 4 to 6 years
Helping young people gain skills for life at a time when it matters most and where it's most needed.

Every week, Squirrels will gather to grow and learn their way through lots of different games and activities. Sessions are packed with outdoor activities, fun, games, badges, laughter, and so much more to help our youngest members learn the skills they need for life. Of course, none of it would be possible without the support of the amazing leaders who plan and deliver such an inspiring programme.
